Thank you for choosing Crisp Hosting for your Web Hosting, SHOUTcast & Domain needs. We have recently gone through a couple of changes which we would like to share with you, our customers.
SHOUTcast Servers - New Control Panel
Over the past few weeks, people have reported to us a number of faults with our SHOUTcast Control Panel, SCPanel. This included using Intro / Backup files and logging into the control panel itself. We have made numerous attempts to contact SCPanel regarding your problems which unfortunately for us, never responded. With this, we decided this was totally unacceptable and went on a search for a new control panel with great success!
Our new control panel is now supplied by a company called CentovaCast, a new, but extremely advance piece of software. With this, you are easily able to view how many slots you are using, what your bandwidth usage is like and the amount of disk space you have remaining plus all the same features you had with SCPanel.
However, there is one main change with this new software which many of our clients didn't like before. You will no longer be suspended for going over your bitrate limit. Instead, the SHOUTcast server will be turned off and an e-mail sent regarding why your server was turned off. All you will need to do is log into your SHOUTcast Control Panel and click "Start Server". It's that simple!
If you are a SHOUTcast customer, please follow the steps to login to your new SHOUTcast control panel.
Please note, if you have forgotten your SHOUTcast Server's Administration Area password, just click Forgot your Password and follow the instructions. If you have any problems with the new software, please feel free to submit a support ticket and we will be glad to assist you!
Domain's Galore! - Special Offer! / Free ID Protection!
Crisp Hosting has been running a special offer on all our domains with prices as low as £4 for one year! However, as some of you have already registered your domains already you may think you cannot take up this offer. However, you thought wrong as you can!
All you need to do is submit a ticket into the Domain Support department and we will check to see if you are eligible to have your domain transferred to be apart of the special offer! However the special offer expires on the 29th March 2008, so be quick and submit your ticket today! Please note we are unable to offer this to our .co.uk customers.

Recently, a couple of clients have changed their names and addresses to avoid having it on record. We would like to stress that all information you transmit to us is safe and secure and only members of the Crisp Hosting team can access these. We need this information for three mains.
Server Maintenance - 24th March 2008 at 6AM GMT
Crisp Hosting will be taking the mars server down for 5 - 15 minutes for general maintenance. This needs to take place to keep this server running to its full potential and for security. The maintenance slot may be extended if further work needs to take place. Crisp Hosting apologizes in advance for any inconvenience they may cause you.
